Administrative Officer – Donegal, Ireland

CH2M Barry are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team on the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) Priority Route Improvement Project in Donegal. The Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) is a European Commission policy directed towards the implementation and development of a Europe-wide network boosting economic growth and improving services.

The Project involves the development of the following sections of the TEN-T network from feasibility stage through to statutory process:

  1. The N15 Ballybofey/Stranorlar Urban Region
  2. The N56/N13 Letterkenny to Manorcunningham
  3. The N14 Manorcunningham to Lifford

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Obtained a Pass (Grade D) in five subjects in the Leaving Certificate Exams or Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme, including Irish and/or English and one of the following: Mathematics, Accounting, Business or Economics and
  • Obtained a Grade C in higher level papers in three subjects in that same Exam (or two subjects if Mathematics, Accounting, Business or Economics or included) or comparable standard in an equivalent examination or a Third level qualification of at least degree standard
  • Minimum of two years satisfactory experience as a clerical officer or similar post.
The position of Administrative Officer may accommodate part-time hours.
